I particularly appreciate the respectful interaction with each other and the flexible working hours. KACO supports new ideas and inventions. In my work environment, ideas are not only put down on paper, but prototypes are constructed, built and then tested under various extreme conditions. Therefore, new technical and exciting challenges constantly arise in everyday life, which we overcome together as a team.
