KG, Heilbronn from the brazilian-based Sabo group \u2013 the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of various requirements as well as the approval of the Federal Cartel Office. The acquisition includes an 80% shareholding in the parent company and the foreign subsidiaries of the KACO group. In the course of this transaction Sabo USA Inc. will be acquired as well and will be included in the group as KACO USA. The previous sole shareholder, Sabo, will retain a 20% shareholding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Zhongding group comprises of five business units: &#8220;Sealing&#8221;, &#8220;Rubber &amp; Plastic&#8221;, &#8220;Fluid Handling&#8221;, &#8220;Metal&#8221; und &#8220;Power&#8221;. The KACO group will be included in the \u201eSealing\u201c unit. Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd represents the Sealing business unit and is a public stock company, listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen. The Zhongding group has 13 thousand employees around the world and a total turnover of more than US$ 1,3 billions. The Zhongding group supplies leading premium OEMs including Volkswagen, BMW, Toyota, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan and Tier 1s such as Mann + Hummel, Continental and ZFLS. With a stock equity exceeding 50% in 2013, Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd. is well funded and is able to provide a solid foundation for KACO\u2019s future success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Kaco group will be integrated in the organization as an independent unit and under the leadership of the ZD Holding Europe which is registered in Austria. However, the head office of the KACO group will remain in Heilbronn, Germany. &nbsp;Zhongding will continue to trust in the current management team and structure.
