Radial shaft seals rings (RSSR) generally have to be large in commercial vehicles and accordingly create large amounts of friction. KACO has developed a new generation of reduced-friction seals, the Fred series, in order to address this problem. &#8220;F&#8221; stands for friction and &#8220;red&#8221; for reduced: an RSSR with reduced friction. The Fred range of seals is already used in a variety of applications.
