Key Account Manager (f/m/d) Anhui

- Develop new projects for sealing products group
- Contact customers for all matters (projects, changes, complaints ...)
- Collect information about important market developments and threats
- Reach the defined goals with customers: sales turnover, price, quality, new projects and so on
- Preparation / follow-up of customer discussions (reports, presentations, appointments, statistics, sales figures, forecasts, ...)
- Prepare quotation based on price instruction from headquarters and cost calculation, report to the leaders in time and give suggestions about the price from customer that lower than our calculation requirements
- Annual price negotiations with customer and strive for the most favorable fixed price for our company
- For projects developed with customers, provide technical and business support from beginning to end in the functional design and development stage
- Cooperate with project supervisor to solve technical problems with customers
- Collect market information in time (competition, innovation), participate in various exhibitions / exchanges

- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing
- > 3 years of working experience in sales in the same industry
- Familiar with company development process and project management
- Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system
- Strong customer orientation, technical and business communication skills
- Possess some English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and communicate with German departments without barriers
