Our internships are based on the semester times. For this reason, they often start on 01 March and 01 September of a year. FAQ - Frequently asked questions
In order to be able to start a compulsory internship, a working student activity or a thesis at KACO, you must be enrolled at a college / university during the desired period. The only exception is the pre-study internship.
You do not necessarily have to propose your own topics. Especially in technical areas, it is difficult for outsiders to see which topics are currently being worked on. For this reason, please apply to us, stating your desired subject area. We will suggest various topics to you if necessary.
We are looking for students from various fields of study. As an automotive supplier, we focus primarily on engineering (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics), computer science, natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry), mathematics and economics.
Our requirements differ depending on the task and are described in the job advertisement.
In principle, you should have a good academic record and also be committed, socially competent and able to work in a team. Due to our international orientation, a good knowledge of English is an advantage.
Ideally, you should apply at least 3 to 4 months before your desired start date. However, short-term entry is also possible at any time.
