Kirchardt

In mid-2018, the KACO plant in Heilbronn moved to Kirchardt. Thus, Kirchardt is not only KACO’s headquarters, all German production facilities are also bundled there.

The international headquarters of the group with administration, sales, product and process development, logistics as well as personnel and finance are now located here. Kirchardt is also home to steel part production and toolmaking. KACO manufactures almost all the shaping tools it needs in its own tool and mould making facilities. This makes us highly flexible and enables us to realise new moulds as well as modifications in the shortest possible time. Thanks to an excellently equipped training workshop for all industrial-technical professions, we can offer our junior staff very good training.

At the Kirchardt plant, our employees produce radial shaft seals, crankshaft flanges, seal covers, shaft earthing rings and mechanical seals. Furthermore, compound production and the central laboratory for compound development as well as sample production are also located here. This enables KACO to develop and produce high-performance elastomers according to customer specifications and market requirements. We develop and produce the materials not only for ourselves, but also for external rubber processors.

With short distances and modern technology, KACO has created the conditions to be successful in the future as well.
