High customer satisfaction is an absolute priority at KACO. We want to offer our customers the best value for money and respond promptly to their wishes. We take the judgement of our customers very seriously. That is why we regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys, promptly analyse the result and use it to develop measures aimed at improving customer relations and benefits.
Quality responsibility runs through all our processes
Corporate principles are mandatory for all employees worldwide. One of them is: “By using error-avoiding methods, we pursue our zero-error philosophy, which accepts no errors in processes, products and services”. Through centralised quality management and decentralised operational quality assurance, we ensure that all processes run optimally.
KACO’s central quality management ensures that our management system complies with current standards. By integrating standard and customer requirements into the QM system, we ensure that the same standards apply at all KACO sites.
The quality requirements are implemented locally at the plants by the responsible quality assurance department. The quality assurance management of the plants supports the local production in all matters of quality assurance.
Certified quality is a matter of course for us
KACO operates an integrated management system. All KACO Group sites are certified according to the IATF 16949 quality management standard, which is recognised in the automotive industry. The environmental management system is certified according to ISO 14001. The occupational health and safety management system is based on ISO 45001, the information security system on TISAX.
