Highly flexible due to own mould construction

KACO manufactures 95% of the moulding tools it needs in its own tool and mould making department, and we place particular emphasis on this. Mould making is an important part of our quality strategy. The production of the moulds on state-of-the-art CNC machine tools guarantees low variation in the characteristics of our sealing systems, even with multi-strand moulds.

Due to our own mould construction, we are highly flexible and can realise new moulds as well as modifications in the shortest possible time – this is what distinguishes us. The decisive factor for the production of the sealing elements is the appropriate mould. We produce the samples from moulds suitable for series production.
