Your first insights into everyday working life!
What do I want to do after school? All students are faced with this question! An internship at KACO as part of your career orientation or a pre-study internship will help you find the right job.
Schools usually provide a certain amount of time to complete a work placement for career exploration. This gives students a first insight into the world of work. You should consider in advance where your interests lie and in which areas you can imagine working in the future.
We offer you the opportunity to get a taste of a wide variety of professions. During this time, you can look over the shoulder of the professionals and lend a hand yourself. In the technical area, you will get to know our own training workshop and gain initial experience, e.g. what are the tasks of a mechatronics engineer or industrial mechanic. Technology is not your thing? No problem, internships in the commercial apprenticeships are also possible. If you not only play games on your PC, but are also interested in the technology behind it, we recommend an internship in IT.
The internship is usually limited to one week. However, it is also possible to complete a longer voluntary internship in our company and thus support the respective departments for a longer period of time. You can also use your holiday time for an internship. If you are interested in a dual study programme, you are also welcome to complete a few days of practical training with us in advance, e.g. in the areas of mechatronics or business informatics.
