Our training ambassadors
Apprenticeship ambassadors are our apprentices who provide information about vocational training or studies in our company at community, secondary and grammar schools. They have been specially prepared for this through training at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
By working at the schools, they enable the pupils to gain an authentic insight into our apprenticeship occupations and provide comprehensive information about the company, vocational training and subsequent career opportunities. They also report on their personal experiences during their training.
If you as a teacher or also as a pupil are interested in our diverse training opportunities, please contact our training ambassadors directly at:

Fabio Specht
Cooperative Student Mechanical Engineering
5rd/6th semester
“Most students these days don’t know what career they want to follow until very late in life. That’s why I decided to become an apprenticeship ambassador, to inform them about my profession and its possibilities.”

Luis Jung
Industrial mechanic
4rd year of training
“I myself became aware of my job through the training ambassadors. That’s why I want to help other students with their decision.”

Marvin Thalheimer
Tool mechanic
4rd year of training
“I became an apprenticeship ambassador because I want to show what an apprentice toolmaker does in his everyday life.”

Jordi Winnikes
Digitalisation Management Assistant
3nd year of training
“I became an apprenticeship ambassador to help students make a decision about their career choice, as this is not always easy after leaving school. An apprenticeship is often an attractive alternative to studying, which you might not always consider. So I would like to share my experiences and thoughts to help one or the other get started and possibly make it easier to find a career after school.”

Melissa Wasielewski
Industrial clerk
3nd year of training
“I became an apprenticeship ambassador because I want to help students with their career choice. Since I myself know from my school days that training ambassadors are a good support in this, I want to inform them about my training profession and give them an overview.”

Luisa Friedrich
Industrial clerk
2rd year of training
“The apprenticeship system is a great way to get a foothold in the professional world. That´s why I became an apprenticeship ambassador, because I wand to tell students about the opportunities apprenticeships offer and the benefits they bring.”
