At our Lincolnton site we are a member of Apprenticeship 321 and offer 2 and 4 year apprenticeship programmes. The special apprenticeship programme means that our junior employees have a mentor on site at our factory in addition to school, so that they can put theory directly into practice. This prepares you ideally for everyday work and makes you a fully-fledged team member right from the start! Thanks to our informal and open working atmosphere, we achieve our goals together and take off!
